We have tried to make the new First TransPennine Express website as user friendly as possible. However we appreciate that from time to time you may run into difficulties.
If you are looking for something in particular that you cannot find, use the search functionality in the top left corner.
If you wish to contact us by web use the online form. If you need to contact First TransPennine Express or contact First Group offline you will find all the details within the same area.
The site itself is optimised for Internet Explorer 4+ and Netscape Navigator 6. If you wish to download either of these (free) they are available on the Microsoft and Netscape websites respectively.

Service disruption between Preston and Chorley
From 26 July to 07 September 2008 Major Engineering Work will be taking place between Chorley and Preston.
First TransPennine Express and Northern Rail services will operate to a revised timetable.
