We love hearing about your experiences with our staff, at our stations and on board our trains. Our friendly Customer Relations team are available 7 days a week and there are a range of ways to get in touch.

We're free to chat from 06:00 to 23:00, 7 days a week (Christmas Day: closed; Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day: 6:00 to 18:00).
We aim to respond to enquiries as soon possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 20 working days for you to receive a response.
