The historic setting of Kirkstall Abbey welcomes a brand new outdoor, comedy experience – Kirkstall Abbey Comedy Festival. Expect side-splitting laughs and famous faces including Katherine Ryan, Ross Noble, Reginald D Hunter and more.
Leeds City Centre, 21 July
Leeds Pride is the UK’s friendliest and biggest free pride! 2024 is going to bigger and bolder than ever, and promises to be the city’s best pride celebration to date.
Harewood House, 9 – 11 August
VW Festival is the UK's largest, family-friendly VW show. Enjoy a full weekend of live entertainment, live music, VW’s galore and amazing family fun all in the gorgeous grounds of Harewood House.
Elland Road, 17 & 18 August
At Magic Weekend, Twelve teams play across two days and visitors get to experience a full round of Betfred Super League fixtures, in-bowl games and competitions.
Potternewton Park, 26 August
Europe’s Oldest Authentic Caribbean Carnival, Leeds West Indian Carnival, is a true celebration of Caribbean culture. With colourful costumes, tropical music, and mouth-watering food, it’s a spectacle that sees people travelling from all over the city and beyond to enjoy.
Kirkstall Abbey, 5 – 8 September
Leeds International Beer Festival is an annual 4-day festival, celebrating craft beer brewed in the UK and overseas. There’s also a street food market, live music and all sorts of lovely beer related things.
