Due to a technical issue, we were unable to process some card payments for tickets bought online or through our app between Thursday 16 and Monday 20 March 2023.
Tickets bought during this time are still valid and customers contacted do not need to take any further action.
We have already contacted affected customers by email to let them know and have now taken payment.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and have provided some FAQs on this issue below:
Pending payments for purchases between Thursday 16 and Monday 20 March were not charged due to a technical error.
Your ticket is still valid, but the issue caused a delay in taking payment for your purchase.
We are investigating the cause of this issue to ensure it doesn't affect customers in the future.
You do not need to do anything, this payment will now have already left your account.
Yes, your ticket is still valid for travel as normal.
If you've been delayed by 15 minutes or more, you can claim money back.
