Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the TransPennine Express free prize draw. The giveaway is promoted by TransPennine Express of 7th Floor, Bridgewater House, 60 Whitworth Street, Manchester, M1 6LT.
One winner will be chosen at random after the closing date and will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date.
The winner will be asked to provide address details when they are contacted in order to claim their prize.
There is one prize consisting of a pair of Standard Class tickets to travel to Glasgow from anywhere on the TransPennine Express network plus an overnight stay at Yotel Glasgow.
The prize needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 14/11/2024.
Yotel Hotel element is based on two people sharing a Premium Queen at YOTEL Glasgow with breakfast for one night only and subject to availability. The hotel stay is valid for 12 months on receiving the voucher and must be booked at least 2 weeks before requested stay date.
The giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of TransPennine Trains Limited or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway.
Entry into the giveaway is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
TransPennine Trains Limited accept no liability for lost, uncomplete or illegible entries.
The winners must claim their prize within five days of TransPennine Trains contacting them. If a prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and TransPennine Trains Limited will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and all prizes are claimed.
The prizes must be accepted as offered and are not transferable or for resale. There is no cash alternative.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The winners will be selected by random draw at the offices of the promoter. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. The promoter's decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with entry into the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
