There is step free access from the carpark to Platform 1 (for trains towards Norwich) only, with no step free access from the carpark to Platform 2 (for trains towards Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft) as there is a stepped footbridge between the platforms. Step free access to Platform 2 is only available via the entrance from Station Drive.

There are also two cycle lockers on Platform 2, located underneath the footbridge steps.
