In order to deliver the Wi-Fi service, TransPennine Express and our service provider Icomera must process certain data including your device's MAC address, train GPS position, IP address, timestamp, and session ID. This data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and is used solely for maintaining service quality and addressing support issues. Your data is processed within EU boundaries and in compliance with relevant regulations.

The Wi-Fi service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Icomera and TransPennine Express do not guarantee the service will be free of faults and cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or degradation of service.
Icomera and TransPennine Express shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, except in cases of death or personal injury due to negligence. This includes, without limitation, losses related to business, profits, or data.

The personal information collected through our Wi-Fi service, such as your name, email address, and Wi-Fi usage data, may be added to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve your customer experience. This data will be used to provide you with support, service updates, and relevant information about our services.
The security and privacy of the Wi-Fi service cannot be guaranteed, and you use the service at your own risk.
These terms may be amended over time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. Regularly review these terms for updates.
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Failure by Icomera and TransPennine Express to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
The Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of your use of the Wi-Fi service shall be governed by English law and LNER and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
